Mother’s Day can be full — in many ways.
This is a space to slow down and receive.
A gentle, grounded Kaiut Yoga session designed to help you reconnect with your body without pressure or urgency.
We work with simple, supported positions that allow the body to settle, release tension, and reorganize gradually.
No performance.
No pushing.
Just time and space to be held.
All bodies welcome. No experience needed.

Once a month, we gather for a focused Kaiut practice designed to regulate the joints and nervous system with precision and care.
This is an intentional, intelligent approach to movement, creating space in the body, restoring balance, and preparing for the week ahead.
